Iron Grip: Marauders is the latest entry into the Iron Grip series. Situated in a wartorn landscape, this title comes years after our previous titles, Iron Grip: The Oppression and Iron Grip: Warlord (now available on Steam). As an airship captain, you are thrown into the middle of the fast-paced, blood-soaked world as you fight for riches and power. Take on the computer or other airship captains in battles that will test your will and the strength of your army in vivid, rich 3D graphics. Upgrade your army and bases in the strategic portion of the game from your airship base in the sky, and be prepared for your next battle. The Iron Grip universe is a setting established first by ISOTX’s Iron Grip: The Oppression, a total conversion mod for Half-life 2. Marauders takes place in this universe in a country called Kathos, several years after the recent commercial title Iron Grip: Warlord ends. Plagued by a recent catastrophic war, the country is feeling the strain of war and turmoil harder than ever. The central government has finally lost its power and collapsed, while regional lords have started grabbing up resources and land. The vacuum of power has also led way to the Marauders; mercenary pirates whose ranks range from highly trained ex-military men to nothing more than a few common thieves. These Marauders ransack and pillage the land about them, looking for blood, riches, and glory wherever it may be. Players of Marauders are given a chance to become a captain of a Marauder airship, in control of their own crew and army, where they must fight other Marauders in a quest for ultimate power.

Iron Grip: Marauders is a browser game unlike any other. Whether you are sailing above the world in your own Marauder Airship, or engaged in ground and base combat, you are able to see the game in a way no browser game has ever looked before. Utilizing 3D tactical combat with strategic browser gameplay, players assume the roles of airship captains able to take advantage of research and engineering to create an entirely unique army to combat enemies with. Choose to fly solo or fight together with other captains in alliances for maximum efficiency! The options are yours – and only you can decide what course to take.
